Android:CTS(start --plan Android)が途中で停止

以下の時途中で止まってしまう対策。
(Restart後に再Connectしない場合)

cts_host>start --plan Android
～省略～
CTS_INFO >>> Max ADB operations reached. Restarting ADB...
CTS_INFO >>> Restarting device ...
Device(xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) disconnected
Test stopped.

android-cts/repository/host_config.xmlを以下のように変更。
